Another Saturday, another HR video.
Here we look at how Intel improved perception of their total rewards package. This is a great video because Intel is a company known for being very competitive on the extrinsic rewards front, but it seems employees didn’t have awareness of that fact. As such, this was a situation where communication was critical above all else. The rewards package wasn’t the problem, but rather the perception of the rewards package.
