I just want to confirm I’m not alone here, but…

…Particularly at big, global companies with large employee populations I’ve observed that the on-boarding process is tedious at best and a nightmare at worst. Right? Right???

Clinics lose drug screen results (or don’t process them properly), background checks often take forever, and applicant tracking systems have some real issues talking to each other.

I’m sure that part of this is a human component and part is bad automation, but I can’t help but think that there has to be a way to streamline this process.

Tell me about your on-boarding processes. What ATS’s do you use? What works, and what doesn’t?
